The university partners of the Center are: University Klagenfurt (AT), University Sarajevo (BA), University Mostar (BA), "Džemal Bijedić" University Mostar (BA), University Münster (DE), University Zagreb (HR), University Zadar (HR), University Skopje (MK), University Tilburg (NL), University Cluj Napoca (RO), University Novi Sad (RS), University Kragujevac (RS), University Ljubljana (SI), University Ankara (TR).

Apart from this, the students of the Center can acquire practical experience in educational institutions operating at international level, in companies as well as institutions dealing with education and further education.

The Center cooperates with „Školska knjiga“, the largest school and university publishing house in Croatia,  the Institute for Globalisation and Intercultural Learning (IGI), the European Center for Advanced and System Research, the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports (MZOS) and the Croatian Commission for UNESCO in Zagreb, as well as the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the Goethe-Institut and the  German Commission for UNESCO and the Center for International Migration and Development (CIM), Frankfurt.
